in paragraph 3, the following subparagraphs are added after point (i): ‘The exemptions in points (a) and (aa) of this paragraph do not apply to the entity listed under entry number 4 in Part A of Annex XIX, except for transit of oil or refined petroleum products originating in a third country that are only being loaded in, departing from or transiting through Russia, provided that both the origin and the owner of those goods are non-Russian. The exemptions in points (a), (aa) and (b) of this paragraph do not apply to the entity listed under entry number 6 in Part A of Annex XIX.’;
