in Article 5n, the following paragraph is inserted: ‘2a. The prohibition in paragraph 2 shall not apply to the provision of a computerised reservation system as defined in Regulation (EC) No 80/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*1), or any successive Regulation replacing it.
