| 86. | As specified in Article 5(3), in those cases, providers need to include in their description, in accordance with the requirements of Article 5(1) or (2) as applicable to the provider in question: a. an explanation of any possibility for business users to actively influence ranking against remuneration; as well as b. an explanation of the relative effects of such remuneration on ranking.
