| 109. | Providers may want to consider using available tools or testing a possible approach with a panel of users to ensure that the description is understood in the way it is intended, or incorporating a means to obtain feedback from users on whether the description is useful and contains the rights amount of detail. Another way to get this feedback can be to test the description with a representative panel of users. While not specifically required, such measures may help ensure that providers comply with the requirements of Article 5.
