Schedule A3, paragraph 5

In this Schedule— “Contracting Member State” has the same meaning as in Article 2(c) of the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court; and the following expressions have the same meanings as in Article 2 of the Unitary Patent Regulation— Participating Member State; Register for unitary patent protection.
