Schedule A4, paragraph 1

The Unified Patent Court has exclusive jurisdiction in respect of an Article 32(1) action which relates to— a European patent with unitary effect, or a supplementary protection certificate for which the basic patent is a European patent with unitary effect, subject to paragraph 2— a European patent (UK), or a supplementary protection certificate for which the basic patent is a European patent (UK).
