Section 70A(1)

Subject to subsection (2), section 329 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and section 271 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (which provide for the service of notices and other documents) shall apply to notices and other documents required or authorised to be served or given under this Act.
