Schedule 2, Part II, paragraph 10(4A)

The county court court has jurisdiction under provisos (iii) and (iv) to sub-paragraph (4) of this paragraph where the land which is to be dealt with in the court does not exceed the county court limit in capital value or in net annual value for rating.
