Schedule 2, Part III, paragraph 11

Section 17 of the Administration of Estates Act 1925 (continuance of legal proceedings after revocation of temporary administration) shall be re-numbered so as to become subsection (1) of that section. The following subsection shall be added after the resulting subsection (1)— The county court has jurisdiction under this section where the proceedings are pending in that court.
