Section 49(1)

This Act shall extend to Northern Ireland with the exception of— the provisions of Part 1; any provision amending or repealing an enactment which does not so extend; and any other provision so far as it has effect for the purposes of, or in relation to, a provision falling within paragraph (a) or (b) above.
