Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 · United Kingdom
The 1911 Act shall remain in force as part of the law of any dependent territory in which it was in force immediately before commencement until— the new copyright provisions come into force in that territory by virtue of an Order under section 157 of this Act (power to extend new copyright provisions), or in the case of any of the Channel Islands, the Act is repealed by Order under sub-paragraph (3) below.
