An Order in Council in force immediately before commencement which extends to any dependent territory any provisions of the 1956 Act shall remain in force as part of the law of that territory until— and while it remains in force such an Order may be varied under the provisions of the 1956 Act under which it was made. the new copyright provisions come into force in that territory by virtue of an Order under section 157 of this Act (power to extend new copyright provisions), or in the case of the Isle of Man, the Order is revoked by Order under sub-paragraph (3) below;
