Section 302

The Secretary of State may give financial assistance, in the form of grants, loans or guarantees to— with a view to the establishment or maintenance by that organisation, institution or body of premises in the United Kingdom. any international organisation having functions relating to trade marks or other intellectual property, or any EU institution or other body established under any of the EU Treaties having any such functions, Any expenditure of the Secretary of State under this section shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament; and any sums received by the Secretary of State in consequence of this section shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
