Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 9(2)

In subsection (4) of that section— for the words from “a registration” where they first appear to “Act,” in the second place it appears, there shall be substituted the words “an authorisation under section six of this Act,”; for the words from “a registration” (in the second place they appear) to the end there shall be substituted the words “such an authorisation is a reference to attaching limitations or conditions thereto either in granting the authorisation or in the exercise of any power to vary it.”
