Section 118(3)

A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (c) or (d) of subsection (1) above shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £20,000 a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both; on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, or to both.
