Section 118(4)

A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (f) of subsection (1) above shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £20,000 a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both; on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
