Schedule A1A, Part 3, paragraph 16(3)

This sub-paragraph applies to a merchant seaman if the trade union reasonably believes that— the merchant seaman will be employed in a ship either at sea or at a place outside Great Britain at some time in the period during which votes may be cast, and it will be convenient for the merchant seaman to receive the hybrid voting materials and, in relation to the voting paper, to vote while on the ship or while at a place where the ship is rather than in accordance with paragraph 14(1).
