Schedule A1A, Part 3, paragraph 16(4)

In the case of a ballot in which merchant seamen to whom sub-paragraph (3) applies are entitled to vote, paragraph 14(3)(a) is to be read as if, for “the address to which, and the date by which, it is to be returned” there were substituted “the address to which it is to be returned or, as appropriate, the ship to which the seamen belong, and the date by which it is to be returned”.
