Schedule A1A, Part 3, paragraph 16(5)

A merchant seaman to whom sub-paragraph (3) applies must, if it is reasonably practicable— have the hybrid voting materials made available to them while on the ship or while at a place where the ship is, and in relation to the voting paper, be given an opportunity to vote while on the ship or while at a place where the ship is.
