Section 252(2)

ACAS may pay to— such fees and travelling and other allowances as may be determined by the Secretary of State with the approval of the Treasury. persons appointed under section 210(2) (conciliation) who are not officers or servants of ACAS, and arbitrators or arbiters appointed by ACAS under any enactment,
