Section 252(1)

Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 · United Kingdom
The Secretary of State shall pay to ACAS such sums as are approved by the Treasury and as he considers appropriate for the purpose of enabling ACAS to perform its functions.
