Section 65(1)

An individual is unjustifiably disciplined by a trade union if the actual or supposed conduct which constitutes the reason, or one of the reasons, for disciplining him is— but subject to subsection (6) (cases of bad faith in relation to assertion of wrongdoing). conduct to which this section applies, or something which is believed by the union to amount to such conduct;
