Section 75

In section 7(5) of the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993 (which applies provisions of that Act to certain children), for “Sections”, where it first occurs, substitute “ Without prejudice to section 6(1)(b)(ii) of this Act, sections 3, ”. In paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 6 to that Act (which makes transitional provision as respects release on licence on compassionate grounds) after “Act” insert “ , and sections 12 and 17 of this Act in so far as relating to a licence granted, or person released, by virtue of this sub-paragraph, ”.
