Section 75(1)

In section 7(5) of the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993 (which applies provisions of that Act to certain children), for “Sections”, where it first occurs, substitute “ Without prejudice to section 6(1)(b)(ii) of this Act, sections 3, ”.
