Section 75(2)

In paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 6 to that Act (which makes transitional provision as respects release on licence on compassionate grounds) after “Act” insert “ , and sections 12 and 17 of this Act in so far as relating to a licence granted, or person released, by virtue of this sub-paragraph, ”.
