Schedule 10, paragraph 10(2)

In section 184 of the 1972 Act (functions under countryside legislation)— at the beginning of subsection (1) there shall be inserted the words “ Subject to section 68 of the Environment Act 1995 (planning authority functions under National Parks legislation to be functions of National Park authorities in certain cases), ”; and in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the words “subsections (6) to (8) below” there shall be substituted the words “ subsections (7) and (8) below ”.
