Schedule 11, paragraph 4(2)

The documents mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(a) above are— a report of the results of any air quality review which the authority has caused to be conducted; a report of the results of any assessment which the authority has caused to be made under section 82 ... of this Act; any order made by the authority under section 83 of this Act; any action plan prepared by the authority; any proposals or statements submitted to the authority pursuant to subsection (3) or (4) of section 86 of this Act; any directions given to the authority under this Part; in a case where section 86 of this Act applies, any directions given to the county council under this Part.
