Schedule 22, paragraph 10

In section 26 (interpretation) in subsection (1), there shall be inserted at the appropriate place— “the appropriate Agency” means— in the case of a site in England or Wales, the Environment Agency; in the case of a site in Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency;
