Schedule 22, paragraph 11

In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments and authorities subject to investigation)— there shall be inserted at the appropriate places the entries— “ Environment Agency ”; and “ Scottish Environment Protection Agency ”; after note 1, there shall be inserted— The reference to the Environment Agency is a reference to that Agency in relation to all its functions other than its flood defence functions, within the meaning of the Water Resources Act 1991. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
