Schedule 22, paragraph 133

In section 21 of that Act (minimum acceptable flows) in subsection (3), at the end of paragraph (f) (consultation with person authorised by a licence under Part I of the Electricity Act 1989 to generate electricity) there shall be added the words “ who has a right to abstract water from those waters ”. In subsection (4)(b) of that section (which refers to certain enactments which are repealed, but whose effect is reproduced, by this Act) for the words “sections 2(2), 16 and 17 above” there shall be substituted the words “ sections 6(1), 7 and 8 of the 1995 Act ”.
