Schedule 22, paragraph 133(1)

In section 21 of that Act (minimum acceptable flows) in subsection (3), at the end of paragraph (f) (consultation with person authorised by a licence under Part I of the Electricity Act 1989 to generate electricity) there shall be added the words “ who has a right to abstract water from those waters ”.
