Schedule 22, paragraph 133(2)

In subsection (4)(b) of that section (which refers to certain enactments which are repealed, but whose effect is reproduced, by this Act) for the words “sections 2(2), 16 and 17 above” there shall be substituted the words “ sections 6(1), 7 and 8 of the 1995 Act ”.
