Schedule 22, paragraph 5(1)

In section 7(8) of the Opencast Coal Act 1958 (definitions etc. for the purposes of section 7) in paragraph (i) of the definition of “statutory water undertakers” for the words “National Rivers Authority” there shall be substituted the words “ Environment Agency ”.
