Schedule 5, Part I, paragraph 1(3)

Any members of a flood defence committee appointed by or on behalf of any one or more constituent councils who are not members to whom sub-paragraph (2) above applies— shall come into office at the beginning of the June next following the day on which they are appointed; and subject to the following provisions of this Schedule, shall hold office for a term of four years.
