Section 66A(3)

In this section— “devolved Welsh authority” has the same meaning as in the Government of Wales Act 2006 (see, in particular, section 157A of that Act); “relevant authority” has the same meaning as in section 11A of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949.
