Section 66B

The power to make regulations under section 66A— is exercisable by statutory instrument; includes power to make different provision for different purposes or different areas; includes power to make incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision. A statutory instrument containing regulations under section 66A is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
