In section 12C(3) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978— for “Part VI of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ Part XI of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and for “Part VI of that Act” substitute “ that Part of that Act ”.
