Schedule 1, paragraph 16

In paragraph 8(4) of Schedule 13 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, for the words from “Schedule” to “continuous)” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
