Schedule 1, paragraph 25

The Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 is amended as follows. In section 11(5), for “Schedule 13 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”. In section 15(6), for the words from “be treated as” to “shall not be so treated” substitute “ not be treated as transferred functions ”.
