Schedule 1, paragraph 26

The Local Government Act 1985 is amended as follows. In section 54(2), for “Schedule 13 to the said Act of 1978” substitute “ Chapter I of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”. In section 105(1), for “the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
