Schedule 1, paragraph 27

In section 3(7) of the Trustee Savings Banks Act 1985, for “paragraph 17(3) of Schedule 13 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 218(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
