Schedule 1, paragraph 2(2)

In subsection (2)— in paragraph (a), for “the said sections 1 to 4” substitute “ sections 1 to 7 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in paragraph (b)— for “section 5 of the said Act of 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and for “subsection (1) of that section” substitute “section 1 of that Act”.
