Schedule 1, paragraph 2(4)

In subsection (4)— for “ Schedule 13 to the said Act of1978” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part XIV of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and for the words from “sub-paragraph (2)” to “that sub-paragraph” substitute “ subsection (2) of section 218 of that Act, be taken to be such a transfer of an undertaking as is mentioned in that subsection ”.
