In section 235— in subsection (1), for “the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (2)(f), for “section 81 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 139 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
