In section 10 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989— in subsection (1), for “subsection (4) of section 29 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 50(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (2)— for “the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and for “subsection (1) of section 29” substitute “ subsection (2) of section 50 ”.
