In— for “section 81(2) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 139(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”. section 27(2)(b), and section 28(4), In section 112(3)— in paragraph (a), for “the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, in paragraph (b), after “that Act” insert “ or the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 ”, and in paragraph (c), for “the Employment Protection Act 1975” substitute “ the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 ”. In section 171(1), for “section 55(2) to (7) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
