In section 1 of the Timeshare Act 1992— in subsection (3)(b), for “as defined in section 153 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ within the meaning of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (8)(b), for “section 153 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
