In section 167— in subsection (1), for “Part V of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in subsection (2)— for “section 67 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, for “section 68(2) or 71(2)(a)” substitute “ section 112(4) or 117(3)(a) ”, and for “section 69” substitute “ section 113 ”.
