In sections 237(1A) and 238(2A)— for “section 57A, 57AA or 60 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 (dismissal in health and safety cases, employee representative and maternity cases)” substitute “ section 99(1) to (3), 100 or 103 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (dismissal in maternity, health and safety and employee representative cases) ”, and for “section 59” substitute “ section 105(9) ”.
