Schedule 1, paragraph 56(2)

In section 67(8)— in paragraph (a), for “paragraph 8(1)(b) of Schedule 14 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ section 227(1)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”, and in paragraph (b), for “section 75” substitute “ section 124(1) ”.
